Legal basis

Art. 267 para. 1 CO: tenants are not liable for wear and tear from normal use. For excessive wear or damage they are usually liable at most up to the current value. Values: joint lifespan table (HEV, MV, SVIT, SVV), 2021 edition; current value linear over the lifespan.
