Privacy
Interim version, as of 30 September 2026. Home-Voice is being rebuilt; this statement only describes what the website does today. The German version is authoritative.
Controller
The controller under the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) is Home-Voice, sole proprietorship, owner Labinot Demiraj, Alfred-Aebi-Strasse 92, 2503 Biel/Bienne, info@home-voice.ch.
Signing in
To sign in, you enter your email address; we send you a link — no password, no code. We store your email address, the language for emails and technical sign-in data. We remember the language as soon as you request the link. Provider: Supabase (database and sign-in, data centre in Zurich, Switzerland).
Emails
We send sign-in emails via Resend, Inc. (USA). Your email address is transmitted for this purpose. We do not send advertising.
Running the website
The website runs on Vercel Inc. (USA) in the Frankfurt data centre. Technical connection data is generated, for example IP address and time.
Protection against misuse
We limit how often a sign-in link can be requested. For this we store at Upstash, Inc. (USA; storage locations Frankfurt and USA) only an irreversible check value (hash) of your IP address and email address, for at most 15 minutes.
Cookies
We only set one cookie for signing in, while you are signed in. We use no analytics tools and no advertising. We do not sell data and do not pass any data to property managers or landlords.
Providers abroad
Resend, Vercel and Upstash are based in the USA. We only transmit to them what they need for their task.
Retention
Your account and the remembered language remain stored until you request deletion.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your data at any time: info@home-voice.ch. We will do so within 30 days. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
