Understanding Home-Voice

Transparency report.
What we review, remove and decide – in figures.

Trust comes from what can be checked. The first report will appear after the first six months of operation; until then this page shows what we count and how.

In short

The essentials in three sentences

  • Once a year we show how many contributions we reviewed, published and removed – and why.
  • All figures are aggregated, never for a building, a person or a management company.
  • Figures below 5 are shown as “fewer than 5”.

Every review needs proof of the tenancy. The document is deleted after the decision, at the latest after 72 hours.

Review before publication

Every contribution is reviewed before it appears. We remove inadmissible passages but never rewrite. A human always decides.

Requests from authorities and courts: we only disclose who someone is if a court or authority orders it bindingly – never voluntarily. We list such requests in the report.

Changes to the method

If the way a value is calculated changes, it is listed here – with date and reason.

  • Start: value from 3 tenancies, no smoothing, no time-based discounting (see “How a value is made”).

How we count

  • All figures are totals; none belongs to a building, a person or a management company.
  • Figures below 5 are shown as “fewer than 5”.
  • Counting starts at launch; figures from the test period do not appear.
  • A report is not changed afterwards; corrections appear in the next one.
