Legal basis

Art. 269a and 270a CO, Art. 12a and 13 VMWG. With a reference rate below 5 %, each change of 0.25 percentage points equals 3 % of the rent. Increases are added up; a reduction reverses them exactly: one step 2.91 %, two steps 5.66 %, three steps 8.26 %.
