Is my service charge statement correct?

Art. 257a and 257b CO, Art. 4 to 6 VMWG. Service charges are the actual costs of services linked to the use of the flat, such as heating, hot water, water, refuse or caretaker. They may only be charged if agreed item by item in the tenancy agreement. With advance payments, a statement is made at least once a year and you may look at the receipts.
